How PaidTok works

PaidTok connects pump.fun to TikTok. A coin names a TikTok creator; its creator fees collect in a wallet that belongs to that coin; the dollars are then sent to the creator as TikTok Video Gifts. The creator never has to sign up for anything.

1Overview

On pump.fun, every buy and sell pays a small creator fee to whoever is recorded as the coin's creator. PaidTok records a wallet it controls on behalf of a TikTok handle, collects those fees, and turns them into TikTok Gifts for that handle. Launchers keep full ownership of any coins they buy; PaidTok only ever touches the fee.

2Launching a coin

Choose the creator by pasting a TikTok username or profile link, then give the coin a name, a ticker and an image. The image and metadata are pinned to IPFS. You pay pump.fun's network costs, the 0.02 SOL launch fee and any first buy you choose.

The coin is created with pump.fun's create_v2 instruction. In the same transaction, pump.fun fee sharing makes the coin's creator a fee vault that pays 100% of creator fees to PaidTok's fee account on pump.fun, then gives up its admin rights so the split can never be edited. Because it is one transaction, the coin never exists with its fees going anywhere else, and the fee stream stays earmarked for that handle permanently.

3Where the fees go

Each coin's fees build up in pump.fun's creator vault for its fee vault (and, after graduation, in the PumpSwap vault for the same account). From every dollar collected, 100% is owed to the creator as TikTok Gifts. PaidTok keeps no share of creator fees; it is funded by the launch fee.

4The hourly sweep

At the top of each hour a job pays every fee vault with a balance out to PaidTok's fee account on pump.fun. The SOL amount is priced at that minute's SOL/USD rate and the dollar figure is frozen. From then on a creator's balance is a USD number that does not move with the market.

5Getting paid on TikTok

When a creator's balance passes $1.00, PaidTok buys TikTok Coins and sends them as a Video Gift on one of the creator's public videos. TikTok turns them into Diamonds, which the creator withdraws from TikTok's own balance screen.

6TikTok's cut

TikTok sells Coins at roughly $0.0106 each and pays creators about $0.005 per Diamond, so a little over half of each gift stays with TikTok. The calculator on the Get paid page runs the exact numbers, and every receipt shows TikTok's share.

7Receipts and milestones

A receipt prints each time a creator's lifetime fees cross another $20 milestone, and again for each gift sent. Receipts carry the sweep signature, the SOL price used and, for gifts, the number of Coins and the video they landed on.

8Custody and keys

No private key holds a coin's creator fees. Each coin's fee vault is a pump.fun fee-sharing account whose only shareholder is PaidTok's fee account, and nobody can change that after mint. PaidTok claims from that account to send the gifts. The treasury wallet only receives launch fees and pays network costs; like every account involved, its balance and history are public on any explorer.

9Held gifts and eligibility

TikTok only lets some accounts receive Video Gifts (personal accounts, 18+, above a follower minimum, in supported regions). If a creator can't receive them yet, their balance is held and keeps growing in USD until they can.

10FAQ

Is this affiliated with TikTok or pump.fun?+

No. PaidTok is independent and uses public features of both.

Can I launch a coin for myself?+

Yes. Paste your own handle; the fees come back to you as gifts.

What stops someone from redirecting the fees later?+

The fee split is locked on-chain in the same transaction that creates the coin. Nobody, not the launcher and not us, can change it.

Are coins an investment?+

No. Memecoins are extremely volatile and most go to zero. Only spend what you're fine losing.
